From the time your order payment is received, I'll start to prepare your package in the next 12 to 24 hours. The package will immediately be taken to the courier company after packaging. The exact time of delivery will depend on your chosen delivery option on the order form. It usually takes 3 to 5 business days.
If items have been cancelled from your order due to an inventory error, I’ll notify you via email and issue a full refund.
The cost of the delivery will depend on the courier itself. The cost of each delivery method is shown on the checkout page. This is usually between R99.00 and R199.00. If you want to suggest a courier, I would be very happy to listen and make the required adjustments to the website.
At this point in time, I only offer an EFT payment method to a bank account. More options will be available soon.
Obviously, I would not prefer that option, but under no circumstances can you pay for something that is not as advertised. Items are checked very carefully before shipment, so if it comes to this, I would have to involve the courier companies. I will, however, not return something because you changed your mind or something. So yes, but also no.
