Every purchase made through our marketplace is protected by our Refund Guarantee. Although the products on JShop.co.za are sold and shipped directly by independent sellers, we don't release payment to the seller immediately. Your payment is held securely until you've had the opportunity to receive and inspect your order.

The Process

How It Works

Your order is delivered

Once your parcel is marked as delivered, you'll have 48 hours to inspect your items to ensure they meet your expectations.

Confirm or report a problem

If everything is as expected, you don't need to do anything. After 48 hours, we'll automatically consider the order accepted and release the payment to the seller.

If something isn't right, simply report the issue through your order tracking page before the 48-hour period ends.

What Happens Next?

Fair protection for everyone

Once a claim is submitted, our team will carefully investigate the matter. We may request photos, supporting information, or additional details from both the buyer and the seller to ensure a fair outcome. If our investigation confirms that your claim is valid, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Your order never arrives.
  • Your item arrives damaged.
  • You receive the wrong item.
  • The product is significantly different from its description or photos.
