Although the products on JShop.co.za are sold and shipped directly by independent sellers, we don't release payment to the seller immediately. Your payment is held securely until you've had the opportunity to receive and inspect your order.
Once your parcel is marked as delivered, you'll have 48 hours to inspect your items to ensure they meet your expectations.
If everything is as expected, you don't need to do anything. After 48 hours, we'll automatically consider the order accepted and release the payment to the seller.
If something isn't right, simply report the issue through your order tracking page before the 48-hour period ends.
Once a claim is submitted, our team will carefully investigate the matter. We may request photos, supporting information, or additional details from both the buyer and the seller to ensure a fair outcome. If our investigation confirms that your claim is valid, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
