  • banking fees & fraud prevention;
  • security & website hosting;
  • ongoing maintenance, software development, & customer support.

Commission is deducted automatically before payment is made to the seller.

08. Seller Payouts

Seller payments are released after the buyer has received the goods, any applicable delivery period has passed, and there are no outstanding disputes.

JShop reserves the right to delay payouts where:

  • fraud is suspected or delivery cannot be confirmed;
  • a dispute is being investigated;
  • additional verification is required.

09. Delivery

The seller is entirely responsible for packaging, shipping, courier selection, delivery costs (unless otherwise agreed), providing tracking information, and ensuring products arrive safely.

Where tracking information is available, JShop will make it available to the buyer through the website.

JShop does not perform deliveries and is not responsible for courier delays, loss, theft, damage, or failed deliveries.
